yeah, but special effects are easier to make and anime cost less to make and/or produce

I Doubt that is , It's like drawling so many Stuff just for one Scene!?

Actually, to help the economy we have to spend more, aha.

Also, paying for all the hand-drawn animation is still much less expensive than hiring big-name actors and constructing whole sets for the actors to act on. Not to mention all the cameras and stuff

you know they only draw the characters once because they use the computer to animate their drawings or change the color of eyes or whatnot

Anyways Not Really At least it's more efficant! Meaning You don't have to always design a scene or what so ever!
Some Animes People actually have to draw the whole thing for one episode!
